Terms of Service
Last updated June 2026
These terms cover your use of Dextra. We’ve kept them short and readable. By using the product, you agree to what’s below.
What Dextra does
Dextra helps you find the hiring manager behind a job posting and draft a personal introduction that you send from your own email. You’re always in control: you review every message before it’s sent.
Using it well
- Send genuine, personal introductions — not bulk or deceptive messages.
- Use the product for your own job search, and follow LinkedIn’s and your email provider’s rules.
- Don’t misrepresent who you are or fabricate your experience.
We may pause or close accounts that use Dextra to spam, harass, or deceive people. That behavior isn’t what we’re building for.
Billing
The Free plan is free. Paid plans are billed weekly through Stripe — the current plans and prices are shown on your billing page and again before you check out. You can cancel anytime from your billing page; your paid features stay active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We don’t store your card details — Stripe does.
Your content
Your profile, résumé summary, and the messages you write remain yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service — drafting introductions and sending them on your behalf.
The honest fine print
Dextra is a tool to help you reach people; we can’t promise a reply, an interview, or a job. We work hard to keep email discovery accurate, but contact data comes from third parties and may occasionally be wrong — always give a draft a quick read before sending. The service is provided “as is,” and our liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the last three months.
Changes
If we update these terms in a meaningful way, we’ll let you know. Continuing to use Dextra after a change means you accept the new terms.
