Dextra helps you introduce yourself to the people behind job postings. We collect as little as we can and we’re plain about what we do with it. This page explains it in human terms.

What we collect

  • Your account. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile photo so we can create your account and send emails on your behalf.
  • Your profile. The title, experience, and skills you enter during setup, so the introductions we draft actually sound like you.
  • Your résumé (optional). If you upload one, we read it once to learn your background, keep only a short summary, and discard the file itself.
  • Your outreach. A record of the introductions you send — who, where, and the reply status — so you have one calm place to track your search.

How we send email

Introductions are sent from your own Gmail account, in your own words, with your permission via Google’s secure sign-in. We never email anyone without you reviewing and confirming the message first. Replies come straight back to your inbox.

Who we share with

We don’t sell your data. We rely on a small number of trusted services:

  • Google — sign-in and sending email from your account.
  • Stripe — payments. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.
  • Business-data providers — to find and verify a hiring manager’s professional email address.
  • An AI model provider — to draft your introductions from the context you give us.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, cancel your subscription, or ask us to delete your account and data at any time. Just email privacy@dextra.app and we’ll take care of it.

Questions about anything here? We’d genuinely like to hear from you: privacy@dextra.app.
